FAQ

1. Why there is a blank page when visiting Racematix?

This usually happens when using iPhone to access Racematix via Facebook. If you encounter this issue, please copy https://www.racematix.com/site/a/REGISTER-FMTR to the browser to open the webpage directly.

 

2. How to confirm if my registration is successful?

Participants who successfully registered and paid through Racematix (the designated registration platform) will receive an email notification from Racematix. If you do not receive email on the registration day, please check if the email account is the same with the one you registered at Racematix. Another common situation is the email goes to spam folder. If you have not received email from Racematix after one day from your registration, please send email to contact@racematix.com for enquiry.

 

3. Is it possible to change the size of the tee?

As we make the tee according to the size requested by the participants, any change will not be accepted.

4. If race bib or timing wristband is lost, how much will be charged for replacement?

Replacement fee for each is HK$50

*production of physical bib may take a week.

5. Any bag drop services?

Bag drop services is available and will be opened from 7:30am to 8:15am. Participants must prepare himself a travel tag clearly marked with name and bib number for the drop bag.

6.  Any water supply at the start?

Water supply is not available at the start point.
 

7. When is the race pack collection?

Collection period : 1st April to 7th April 2023

Venue for collection : ESCAPADE Causeway Bay, 1/F, Yee Hing Building, 19 Leighton Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong (Causeway Bay MTR Exit A)

Participants unable to collect their race pack at ESCAPADE can collect it before the start at the race day, although it is not recommended. The collection at the start point, namely Butterfly Paradise, will be available from 7:30am to 8:00am only.

8. Is registration check-in needed at the start?

Registration check-in is required at the start point on the race day. Check-in period will be available from 7:30am to 8:15am.Failure of doing so will be regarded as DNS.

2. 如何確認成功報名?

成功於Racematix (大會指定報名平台) 報名及付款的參賽者將會收到由Racematix發出的「報名確認通知」電郵。如發現報名後當天未有收到電郵確認,請確認您是否查閱您在Racematix報名的郵箱。另外較常見的情況會是電郵被誤認為垃圾郵件,請檢查您「垃圾郵件」資料夾。

若於報名後一天都仍未收Racematix發出的電郵,請以電郵到 contact@racematix.com查詢。

 

3. 完賽衣是否可以更換尺碼?

由於我們都是根據參賽者訂購的尺碼進行生產,所以一律不設退換。

4. 如遺失號碼布或計時腕帶,補發費用是多少?

補發號碼布及計時腕帶費用 :  各HK$50

*重新印製實體號碼布可能需要一周時間。

5. 有否寄存行李服務“?

服務時間為早上 7:30 至 8:15。參賽者需自備行李牌掛在寄存行李上,牌上清楚寫上姓名及號碼布號碼。

6. 起點位有水提供?

大會在起點不設水供應。

7. 什麼時候可以領取選手包?

領取日期:2023年4月1日至4月7日

領取地點 : ESCAPADE 香港銅鑼灣禮頓道19號怡興大廈1樓 (銅鑼灣港鐵A出口)

如在上述日期期間未能在 ESCAPADE 領取比賽包,參賽者仍可於比賽當日在起點 (即賞蝶園) 領取。 如非必要,大會是不建議參賽者當日才領取。領取時間為早上7:30 至8:00。

 

8. 起步前需要報到嗎?

比賽天參賽者需在起點進行報到。報到時間為早上7:30 至8:15,未有報到的參賽者將被視為DNS。
